On Sunday June 21st we held our first open Weightlifting competition complete with 3 referees, lights, trophies and even a master of ceremonies!
We invited CrossFit Medway, Belhus WLC and our own members to come together and compete in a fun atmosphere. Everyone had a great time with lot’s of PB’s achieved all round.
We very much look forward to hosting another right before Christmas.
